2011年元旦Sting在莫斯科新年音樂會中演唱了這首歌曲,前奏以濃厚俄羅斯風味的節奏為引導,並借用俄羅斯名作曲家普羅高菲夫"基傑中尉"的浪漫曲為全曲主題,顯然是要唱給俄羅斯人聽進去的溫馨喊話,最後以炸彈滴答倒數計時聲作為結尾提醒人們戰爭的可怕.
歷史的反覆輪迴只是證明了人性的本質不會改變,如果這話太文謅謅難懂,只好對不起人類的好朋友來打比方..."狗改不了吃屎"。如今普丁又挑起戰火,面對強權只能再度無奈的唱這首30年前歌,不然呢?
